Resources in the TOER wiki are for anyone in public domain to access and make use of. Registered users (those who have Accounts) are permitted to Create and Edit content. Bureaucrats administer the accounts, have rights to execute commands and run steps to clean-up if unwanted bots make mess in the site. Hence, bureaucrats role is essential for health and upkeep of the wiki.
