The experiences from the Subject Teacher Forum program of [http://karnatakaeducation.org.in/KOER/en/index.php/Subject_Teacher_Forum Karnataka] and [http://troer.telangana.gov.in/OER/index.php/Telangana_ICT_implementation Telangana] informed the development of this toolkit. Acknowledgement is due to the education departments in both states, which invited ITfC to partner them in designing and implementing the program.
