=District workshop preparation=
Following are required to be in place for effective district training of teachers
#5 MRPs per subject per district. Additional MRPs can be identified from the teachers being trained, to expand the MRP pool
#ICT Lab
##Identify suitable BEd., DEd, Engineering college labs or set-up Lab in DIET, with 30 computers, which can be purchased or sourced from other institutions
##UBUNTU (Kalpavriksha) installation on all computers
##Internet connectivity (minimum 8 MBPS)
##One teacher per computer in training. Do not have 2 or more teachers per computer
##Encourage teachers to bring their personal laptops
#Resource handout for each teacher
#Ubuntu DVD (Kalpavriksha) for each teacher may be needed to be given, so that they can install on their personal / home computers also
#Digital Resource folder created in the digital content workshops to be made available to all teachers and enriched in the district workshops
#District group should take help of State Resource Group as required

=District workshop implementation=
In each workshop, the MRPs will have to do following:

#Within the group, allocate roles for covering the agenda and additional items
#add teachers to the virtual community (STF google group) - [[Adding_email_id_to_googlegroups | How to add teacher to google group]] as follows:

#prepare and share in the email forum, workshop reports and photos

=District Resource Group (DRG)=
Each district will have a DRG for the subjects being covered in the program. The MRPs trained from the district could be members of the DRG. Each DRG should have one of the teachers as the facilitator of DRG

ఉ॥9.30 గం.లకు Digital content యొక్క 2వ సెషన్ ప్రారంభమయింది. ముందుగా కోర్స్ డైరెక్టర్ శ్రీ విజయరావు గారు మాట్లడుతూ కోర్సు గురించి వివరించారు. ఆ తరువాత శ్రీ మహేశ్వర్ రెడ్ది గారు మరియు శ్రీ నాగరాజు గారు టెంప్లెంట్స్ గురించి వివరించారు.ఆ తరువాత శ్రీ రాకేశ్ గారు రికార్డు మై డెస్క్ టాప్ గురించి డబ్బింగ్ గురించి వివరించారు ‌‌‌youtube download ఎలా చేయాలో తెలియజేసారు.భోజన విరామం.1గం॥ నుండి 2గం॥ల వరకు
2గం॥లకు రాకేష్ గారు ‌‌‌Video మరియు Audio లో లోపాలు ఏమైనా ఉంటే ఎలా సరిచేయాలో వివరించారు. ఆ తర్వాత practice చేయడానికి సమయం ఇచ్చారు.ఆ తర్వాత శ్రీ నాగరాజు గారు Phet ను ఉపయోగించి Physics & Chemistry ప్రయోగాలు పిల్లలకు ఏవిధంగా చెప్పాలో చక్కగా వివరించారు. ఆ తర్వాత Practice చేయడానికి కెటయించారు.

2nd Day Report 
At first 2nd day report was given by Mrs umarani of hyd dist. Then after Mr.Rakesh sir asked us about any doubts in FET.After that we have gone through third days plan which we are going to learn that is AUDIO AND Vedio edditing and combing audio creatios Qizzes and tests vedio coference. 
Then Mr balaji sir explained about open shot vedio editing.After that Mr.Rakesh sir recaptured open shot vedio editing then went for tea break .after that we came to know the difference betveen save as and export vedio then our hands were on .AFTER LUNCH BREAK Mr. Rakesh sir explained about AUDOCITY. Sir is also explined about how to covert a vedio song to audio through AUDOCITY. 
Then we practiced a little bit.after TEA BREAK Mr. Ashok sir explied about Kword quiz then how to show it it in PARLAY. Then again we practiced with our system up to 6pm.

2. Nagaraju sir briefly explained the day’s agenda 
3. Mr. Prasanna kumar of medak dist got a video and it was played through projector 
4. Chandrashaker sir, Ramesh Bandari sir, Prasanna kumar they presented their works through projector 
5. Ranjani madam explained how to create a new tool, created square tool with demonstration 
6. Practiced creating new tool 
7. Lunch 
8. Gurumurthi Kashinath sir explained TPACK by mind map Technology, Pedagogy, and content, knowledge.
9. Ranjani madam demonstrated how to teach the concepts more clearly and effectively with geo gebra 
10. Tea break 
11. We celebrated Ramanujan birth day. Chief guest Rohith srivatsav and ashok 
12. Ramesh Bandari sir presented his work on the proof related to similar triangles which will be presented in AMTI will be conducted in chennai 
13. We were instructed to complete our resource file. 
14. We practiced till 7.30pm.
