#Assignments can be submitted in digital (text) format and emailed to the teacher-educator. This will enable an assessment of the level of competence in use of a text editor (like LibreOffice writer). Pictures / Images can be embedded in the assignment, using an image editor (like GIMP), to edit images as required – reducing size, cropping etc.
#Each lesson plan prepared by the student-teacher can have a mind-map of the lesson plan, outlining the concepts and sub-concepts to be covered by the lesson.
